Hall Rentals 
Multi Purpose Rooms 1, 2 & 3

The Community Centre offers an excellent facility for any event including banquets, weddings, trade shows, large meetings, and conferences. These multi purpose rooms can be split into three large 2420 sq. ft. spaces, or opened into one large 121x60 ft. / 7260 sq. ft. hall. 

Along with these spaces, we provide pull down screens, ceiling mounted projectors, tables and chairs, linens, a sound system and microphones. We offer free limited Wi-Fi throughout the building. The hall has been upgraded with acoustic panels and sound system. (Additional rental fees apply for extra items). 

A fully stocked commercial kitchen is available with a bar service window for events serving food and beverages.

Please note: Large event bookings should be made 6-12 months in advance to guarantee rental.

A full commercial kitchen is available, adjacent to the hall with a roll up bar window for service. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cater an event. It has two large prep stations, 4 commercial stoves, dishwasher, ice machine, 3  commercial fridges and a commercial freezer. The kitchen is also equipped with place settings for 400 people, including dinner and side plates, cutlery, coffee/tea mug, and water glass. We have additional equipment available for rent such as linens, wine glasses and napkins. Check out the equipment rental page for a full list of equipment and pricing.

Meeting Rooms

We offer a variety of meeting rooms for workshops, business meetings, AGM's and fundraisers. Hourly and daily rates vary depending on requirements. Additional equipment is available for rent.

  • MacPherson Room

This is our main meeting room, measuring 30x30 ft. / 900 sq. ft. This room can typically host 45 seated guests or 25 classroom style guests. This room is equipped with an overhead projector, surround sound, pull down screen, white board, and media cart.

  • Boulder Room

Boulder is the smallest of our meeting rooms, measuring at 15x30 ft. / 450 sq. ft. hosting 12 guests. The room is equipped with tables chairs, a sink, a pull-down screen and whiteboard.
