Fitness and Yoga Classes

The Revelstoke Community Aquatic & Fitness Centre offers a variety of great fitness classes for children, adults & seniors.

Children’s Fitness Classes 

Preschool Yoga     

Children will explore body awareness through play and will develop skills to better identify and cope with basic emotions. No online registration available for these class. 1 or 2 day class options.

Kids Yoga     

Kids will practice identifying and understanding emotions and will explore tools to aid in self-regulation. We will discover breath and mindfulness practices in fun and playful ways and learn how to bring them into practice at home and school.

Pre-Teen Yoga     -     March 31 - May 5, 2020

Participants will explore how to identify and cope with stress using mindfulness practices and self compassion. We will work on building a happy and healthy body image through physical postures and stretching; exploring how the body works.

Adult Fitness Classes

Low-Impact Aquafit   

Suited for those who prefer a low impact workout in both shallow and deep water. Enjoy the challenges and rewards of water workouts in the Lap and Leisure Pool.  

When: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am-10am
Cost: Adult $65 / Teen/Senior $55  (12 punch card)

Deep Water Aquafit   

This is a high intensity, high energy class. Perfect for your regular exercises and those looking for a challenge. Adding  a water workout to your fitness routine is a great resistance but low impact full body workout.  

When: Wednesdays 9am-10am
Cost: Adult $65 / Teen/Senior $55  (12 punch card)

Seniors Fitness Classes


Senior Fit  -  6 week sessions

Packed with fun and laughter, this class will bring you back in time. Lite aerobics to the tunes of the 70’s. Participants will get a full body work out designed to improve cardio endurance that will leave you feeling energized.

All level of fitness welcome. Our certified instructor will modify all moves to accommodate each person’s level of comfort. This class will never be dull with a mixture of different exercises to make sure you are getting full body strengthening and exercise. This class incorporates light aerobics, balance and fall prevention, elastic resistance training, golden barre, Pilates and Tai Chi


When: Tuesday 10:15am – 11:00am
Cost: $50 per session
