Fall 2019 Youth Programs

FUNdamentals of Sport

Participants in this program will develop fundamental movement skills in structured and unstructured environments for play. The focus is on providing fun, inclusive, multi-sport that excites and promotes physical activity.

Week 1&2: Movement types, hand eye coordination & teamwork
Week 3&4: Agility, coordination of limbs & racket/foot skills
Week 5&6: Translating skills to playing games, teamwork & communication

Dates:    Tuesdays, September 3 - November 26

Spring Sessions will begin in May.  Two 6 week blocks will run back to back but we will develop new skills and games so that the participants are never bored!

Ages: 6- 12
Cost: $50 for a six week block.

*Pre-registration required & waiver required to be signed by parent or guardian
