Active Living Class

Are you starting to feel some of life’s aging and injury disabilities, but are still moderately functional?

Are you worried about loss of strength, fatiguing easily, having aches and pains that are more prominent, and losing connection to your daily living activities?

Then this is the class for you! This healthy lifestyles program, designed by local Exercise Therapist Neil Jones and Personal Trainer Jaana Jones, will have management solutions to keep you mobile.

Stay Active

Session 1:  Oct 2 – Nov 27
Session 2: Jan 7 – Feb 27
Session 3: Apr 1 – May 29

Days: Monday & Wednesday
Time: 11:15am  – 12:15pm
Cost: $50 per person per session

Registration requirements: Waiver and medical history form.
