Please note:

• e-transfers are NOT accepted for bylaw ticket payments. 
• When you are issued a ticket, payment deadlines include weekends and statutory holidays.

To Pay Via Online Banking:

Accepted banks for online payment are TD, Scotiabank, RBC, CIBC, BMO and Revelstoke Credit Union. Search ”Revelstoke” as a payee and select the invoice option. The account number is your bylaw ticket number and must be 8 digits (no letters, dashes or decimals) such as "00XXXXXX" - so for the below example it would be "00100297".

Please send an email to finance@revelstoke.ca to notify the Finance Department payment has been made. It may take up to 48 hours to process your payment.

To Pay Via OPTIONPAY

OptionPay, our third-party payment processor, for a nominal processing fee you can make your payment with your credit card. Use the OptionPay services by clicking on the Online Bill Payments. All processing fees are charged by OptionPay, and not collected by City of Revelstoke.

Failure to pay the full amount may result in your ticket being sent to a collections agency or the City seeking a Payment Order and you being served with a Summons to a Payment Hearing. This hearing process will incur more costs to you than had you voluntarily paid the prescribed fine as indicated on the ticket.
